You may return your unworn, unwashed items with tags and original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order according to the shipping tracking. Customer pays return shipping. First eligible item returned over $50 value will receive a refund less $10 restocking and inspection fee.  Additional items returned will incur a $20 per item restocking and cleaning fee when eligible for return. No returns on Red Holiday items after December 10. No returns on clearance items. Items returned outside the return time frame will incur additional restocking fees and may be added to our donate a dress program with no refund given. Items purchased for less than $50 may incur a 10% restocking fee. If order value falls below $50 free shipping is no longer valid. Additional restocking fees may apply if all packaging is not included in the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. Items returned without packaging may incur additional charges. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 days of receipt. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Some banks can take up to 10 days to return the funds to your account. This is out of our control.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@strasburgchildrens.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items and items purchased with discount codes may be refunded, unfortunately special sale items may not be refunded. For eligible sales items, any discounts will be forfeited upon return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or there is a sizing issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please place a new order and follow the return instructions for your item. If you have questions you can reach us at info@strasburgchildrens.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility until we have received it in hand.
