Returns
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Please contact info@strasburgchildrens.com or (615) 784-3949 to receive your return information. You will have 7 days from the return authorization to return the item. Original tags must be attached and item must be in new condition. Customer pays return shipping and restocking fees may apply. Care and Preservation
Dupioni silk dresses are made from 100% pure silk and are dry clean only. For best results, press with a dry iron, no steam, on low or silk setting. You can add a cotton cloth between the iron and dress to protect the silk if you’re concerned the iron might be too hot. Silk dresses can also be steamed from the inside of the dress. Hanging the dress on the steamer, work with the steamer inside, between the fabric and the lining, so steam touches the back side of the fabric. Steaming directly onto the front surface of the silk fabric could leave permanent water marks.
Cotton dresses are machine washable on delicate cycle but should hang dry. Please do not use bleach or any highly chemical detergent as it will cause the fabrics texture to change. If pressing is needed a normal steamer will release the wrinkles. Ironing on the cotton setting with steam is also an option. For best preservation you may dry clean the dress.

Covid-19 Notice: We are still working hard to sanitize and send your items quickly in 1-2 business days M-F. However, there have been some extended delays with the post office due to the volumes they are dealing with. If you need your item within 7 days we suggest expedited shipping. Some packages that used to take 2-5 days are now taking up to 2 weeks for delivery. Most items are still in stock.
